Client was seeing significant underperformance in their e-mail marketing, and was struggling with high customer acquisition cost and challenging customer retention rates. They were searching for a way to lower customer acquisition costs, improve conversion and increase customer retention rates.

Sidian designed and built a complete end-to-end automated marketing stack, including introducing SMS, developing e-mail/SMS capture strategies, designing and constructing automated marketing flows, and deploying tools to maximize the value of anonymous site visitors.

SMS: We developed a strategy and deployed SMS capabilities for the business, allowing the company to communicate with and market to its customers via text.

SMS and E-mail Capture Strategies: Sidian's team developed new capture strategies to grow lists and increase the company's reach. This work included financial analysis and modeling to craft incentives and offers that were accretive to the site's bottom line (i.e., margin costs were less than the reduction in customer acquisition cost and increase in the LTV / CAC ratio.

Automated Marketing Flows: We designed a comprehensive set of automated SMS and E-mail flows that ensured minimal gaps / prospect leakage and kept customers engaged while not over-saturating customers and potential customers with marketing messaging.

Anonymous User Prospecting: Our team deployed leading edge marketing tools to identify anonymous users and market to them via paid media retargeting and email.

Analytics & Reporting: As with all projects, Sidian deployed comprehensive reporting to track the value-add of our work, including weekly reporting with KPIs and actionable insights.

Results:
